I have asked for refund withn 30 minutes at Shine.com. They asked me to submit 13999 INR in parts without providing me with offer letter in the name of TCS. I have received a call for a services by way of access to their portal for which they were 90% sure about getting a job. I bought 2 services by Shine which I did not want in the first place but somehow they managed to force me into buying it. On Aug 1, I paid Rs.3197 for Application Highlighter and then on Aug 3, I paid Rs.5192 for Education verification totaling of a Rs.8389/- LOSS to me since no service has been given. Later I ask for refund and they say HT Media has no refund policy but they will exchange for some other service but nothing has been done...
