Unfortunately, I have never seen such a scumbag and deaf company in my whole career. Shine.com sales representatives continuously mention that they are a member of the HT group and are incredibly ethical while making sales. But my experience with Shine.com has been the worst, and I can find no evidence that these people live up to the phrases ethics and integrity.

I registered for a PMP certification course (with Complimentary Six Sigma GB Program) on March 5th, 2022, and paid the entire upfront fee in advance. When I paid a 100% advance fee, Shine.com officials from the learning department guaranteed me that I would receive a free Six Sigma GB course, as well as some freebies and loyalty points. However, I subsequently discovered that this course is only a PMP prep course and not a PMP certification. In addition, I have not gotten any updates as of today on when I will be enrolled for the Six Sigma GB Program, for which I have been writing letters to their officials for the last 10 months (several follow up emails and 8 reminder emails), and no one from the company has bothered to answer. I always learn something new or hear a new story when I call Shine.com customer service. And forget about the goodies promised to me by the Shine team officials.
