Shine Friendship — about fraud service and issue in refund my money

Dear sir/mam
I rigisted this company as amount of 2000 and then the company executive payal told me for vip service and then i deposited 6500 afer that she told me medical service of 7000. So i am unable to pay 7000. Please refund my money 2000+6500. Then i said to return my refundable money 6500 but she was changed their tone. I am very frustrated please help me and do process for return my money.
Please resolve my problem soon.
