About 10 days back I purchased a massage pen from Shinegal India thro online mode. I was told to insert a battery and start using the massager. After carefullu opening and using it for an initial trial it woked OK. The next day when I wanted to use, it did't get on and conked out. I wrote 2 mails to the company (asking for replacement) as they have not given any phone number. I have not received any response from them, hence this mail to you.
