I was called by a lady named neha, who asked me to register on their website shinevacancy.com for job offers. The transaction amount was rs 10 as they convinced me that they would be gettng a commission from the recruiting companies. When i did the online transaction a sum of rs 10 was deducted from my account. However, the server page showed as transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. On again asking them to verify it they said they are having a server problem and will call back. Immediately after 5 mins rs 5000 was deducted from my account. I have been calling them for the last 3 days. Initially the mobile was switched off and later on they are answering the call and transferring it to other people and then cutting off the phone. I would like to have a refund of my amount. Action should also be initiated to take actions against such fraudulent companies.
