The subject plots in dream homes, village-khujahata, p. O.-devti, thana mohanlalganj, distt-lucknow, allotted in september, 2013 on emi basis to be delivered in 37 months from the date of execution of the areement (I. E. Wef 29/09/2013). Accordingly, the full payment based on emi has been made before two years but despite that as well as expiry of date of stipulation in agreement neither plots are given nor refund of the money i. E. Total rs. 9 lakhs deposited with the said company with business rate of interest is being ensured. Hence the request is either the siaid plots are made available to me as first possession on the spot & thereafter registry or refund with interest may kindly be ensured. Now nobody in the company is taking responsibility for the same. Photo in nine pages of company ledger account for the said plots having all the details including full payment etc. Is attached herewith please. I pray for needful action please. Thnaks
