Shirley Syfu — non delivery of product ordered

Last dec 3, 2018 i ordered online from viraldeal.com ultrason [protected] but up to this time january 10, 2019 my ordered has not yet been delivered and my credit card is already asking me to pay said product. To protect my interest i an cancelling my order due to the fact that there was so much delay in delivery. I have lost faith in this company and demand a full return/refund of the amount of pesos: 8, 022.31 asap

I ordered this product since dec 3, 2018 but up to this date (jan 10, 2019) no delivery has been made to my address after paynent has been made. I am Cancelling my order immediately and Pls Credit back the amount of 8, 022.31 requested urgently.
