The high way under Shirwal toll plaza in Pune has obstacles and holes. Still, the toll plaza is charging too many fees from travelers and if you ask them for repairing they do not even bother to respond to your queries. if they are charging for a safe and good highway, why the hell it is not what it means to be? Who will be responsible for road accidents, are they going to pay back the life of passengers who mate with an accident because of such a bad highway travel experience?
I would request you to take this complaint on a serious note, I do not want people to pay the hefty toll for under repair roads. The worst thing is that the toll plaza team does not even bother to respond to your queries if you raise your voice against the under-construction road, They do not have fear of anybody.
I would request you to take any actions against them or else at least try to travel on a highway which I have mentioned above.
