Shivamogga Rto — Drivers License pending since a long time

I finished my LLR and I'm, waiting for the do test... I'm not getting my date since 2 months... And it's simply pending since a long time... The traffic police are hungry just for money.. I can't even get out of my house to buy anything.. I have everything but just the dl is pending.. I'm a student and self earning and these people don't care but just for money.. They have snatched 4 k from me totally just for lisence.. This is too bad and unfair.. I'm waiting just to finish my do test and the police wait to snatch money from poor people.. Please see to this
