Shobhit University — procedure to get my final degree certificate

I am from west bengal, opted for shobhit university dde to complete my graduation,
I passed ba (Economics) at march 2014. I got my marksheet and still waiting for my final degree. Private companies are rejecting me since most of them are not accepting only the consolidated mark sheet, please tell me the procedure to obtain the degree certificate as soon as possible. Please help me
