I have placed an order for Bajaj Kassel Star rupees 1, 628.00 fan on 21/8/2021 at 9:10:23 PM with Order Id - 175161. I have paid the Rs.1628 using UPI. As per there mention on the site that Expected shipping date is 7 to 10 days but still my order is still showing in processing state as its almost 10 days are over. Also when i called to customer care on toll free [protected] then they are saying that if you have placed order using web then just send the email to [protected]@bajajelectricals.com for further updates. I have send the email on [protected]@bajajelectricals.com but still there is no any response on the same. In the email I also mention otherwise do the needful for refund. but no response from Bajaj end. I am attaching the order details photo for your reference. so please help me for this.
