This is in reference to the microwave i purchased lg microwave order no. [protected] from your store on 28 july 2018. This piece in one year warranty. Its door not open. I have tried reaching your service-staff for the past one week with no response. Even they are not picking up our calls and if they pick up they making excusse. Since the piece is on warranty and the problem is persistent, i request you to kindly replace it with a fully-serviceable one at the earliest.
