My name is Mahabir Singh and I ordered a phone ( Nepon Q20 Ultra 5G). It was Ordered on 28/03/21 and order no. is SH28591239. I paid 4499/ rupees through a Debit card. But they send me the wrong phone (connect 4 E) on 3 April 2021. They neither respond to my call nor mail.
