Shop2step — Ordered a product from Shop 2 Step

Hi,

I ordered and paid for a product on July 7th with shop2step. The company advertisement was in social media and navigated through that link. I made the payment and it was successful. Received an order number and also a SMS confirming my order details (#1703). The SMS had a link which navigated to a site and mentioned order confirmed. Understanding current pandemic situation and i was waiting patiently for a response on my order.But there was no update . I had sent a mail for a response to [protected]@gmail.com but no response indeed. The linked shared earlier in the SMS is navigating to a different page which mentions Shopify, Create your own store.
