Shopbax — I got scammed.

I have ordered an electraLift EM bra from shopbax through Facebook at the cost of 2100 and they delivered me an Indian Army cap which may cost 200. This is not done. I want the product that I have ordered or else I want to return the wrong product that I have received as soon as possible and want my money back .

I recently ordered a tactical trouser pant from Shopbax that was listed as "Tactical Waterproof Pants." However, the product I received is a total scam and completely different from what was advertised. It seems like Shopbax collected information from Olive Planet, where I initially saw a similar product and added to cart and I've ordered but not yet delivered.

I paid ₹2, 100 plus ₹100 for shipping, as it was a COD order. The quality of the pants I received is worth nowhere near the price I paid – it's cheap and doesn't match the description at all. This is clearly a fraudulent experience, and I feel cheated.

I demand to know how I can get a refund for this order. Does anyone else have a similar issue with Shopbax, and how did you manage to get your money back?
