Dear concern,

I purchased one mobile phone from shopclues by online on dated 14september 2016, which has been delivered on 19 september 2016 at givn address.

When i received product then i saw that mobile phone was damaged then same time i intimated with delivery boy for returnig same but he denied and said mark online complain to shop clues for returnig process.

Since, i have mailed several time to shop clues but none of them reply me..

Please provide me solutions..
