Currently Shop Clues Intentionally Denied the RETURN again and again by Replying "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Based on your concern, we have investigated the matter with our courier partner as well as with our merchant and found that same and complete product has been delivered to you in seal packed condition after proper quality check. Therefore, we may not be able to process your request further."
After my logical reply (The reply is "
1.Courier partner have no role to check the quality of the product. They ship the product which was shipped by consignor/merchant. They do not check the product. That is none of their business.
2. Merchant always want to sale the product. Also want to avoid RETURN.
Please accept the RETURN and check my issue which is correct or not (by Shop Clues Agent). If I raised the incorrect issue then you cancel the RETURN, then I will not interrupt further...") shopclues give the SAME reply.
NOTE that No RETURN is available on this product.
Main Complain is ShopClues does not declare officially that there is no return option available...
