I had placed an order of a LED TV LG 43UH650T 4kUltra smart UHD on the 21st of October.

My estimated delivery date was 3-7 Nov, and my order shipped through beacon surface courier on 25th oct.
Shopclues provided me the tracking number which was of no use as it cant be tracked.
i registered many complaints with shopclues before my delivery date regarding that im unable to track my shipment and want to know where it has reached. But they just twist minds and assured me that it will reach me by 7th nov (the last promised date of delivery)
As i had read previous complaints about shopclues and beacon surface courier on this forum, i knew my product wont reach me and that is what happened.
I Called them again on 7th nov evening, and told them i haven't received my product, they told me all i can do is wait for 2 working days and it will get delivered. Today on 9th nov, after the 2 working days, i was told again to wait for 2 working days.
Shopclues should realize they will lose customers, and that beacon surface is the worst courier company to deal with. They provide faulty promises.
please help me get my product to me, it is so frustrating and stressful for me!
