I have purchased a new lenovo battery from shopclues of rs 789. But they deliver a defective piece. Then i have return the item and they send me a confirmation message on 26 September yet they have not pickup the defective product and the money is not refunded yet. So please proceed my complaint ASAP. It is my humble request to you. And please refund the sum of 789 rs ASAP. On my bank account
