Dear sir/mam,
I have bought coolpad note-3 plus since 21 oct. on shopcluse.
Product produce heating problem while charging.
I have compain against shopluse since 28 oct. They convanced me to refund me to provide my money return back within 1 week. But no anyone came. Few days leter i compain agained & agained they gave me same ans eveytime. Now they told me your product is 2nd hand. They will not return my money back. Please help me

My order no:[protected]. I ordered pegion rapido cute induction stove on 24/10/2016. I payed the amount through my debit card. 15 days goes, but still i didn't receive my product. Send my product immediately or otherwise cancel my product and return my amount.
