I have paid through online banking to but a bag. I have paid for this product. But it was not delivered to my address. When i have gone to this ECART office before the date of delivery time. They informed they are not able to delivery it to me, for their technical issue.

they are showing they have paid it into my account. But no any claimed amount is settled. details are
