Its been around a month and a half since i purchased a pair of boots and then returned it for refund as the product was not satisfactory and also quiet different from what i had actually ordered for. I also had to ship the item to the seller's warehouse as the shopclues team mentioned that pickup is not available in my area and i paid the courier charges from my personal pocket. Till date no refund on either of the charges incurred has been initiated. I have called their customer support center thrice in three weeks and all i get for information is that they will be looking into it. Latest update i got when i last called and checked was that my request to refund courier charges has been declined and when asked for proper reason as to why refund has been denied, no satisfactory or reasonable answer was given. As to the refund of the item that was returned to the warehouse is concerned, they are still looking into it. Its been a month and a half and still shopclues find it difficult initiate the refund or provide satisfactory answers to the questions raised. While requesting refund i had followed every step they mentioned in their page. It was also mentioned that courier charges if any, will be refunded once the copy of receipt is sent to their mail.
