I ordered a strolley a bag, received it but sir the product was not suitable for me so i created a refund request along with my bank acc. Details . Now you people are saying that a replacement request was created instead. So i called your executive and they told me that after receiving the order i have to again apply for refund.But at present the status of my order is shipped but it is not delivered to my place.Therefore i am requesting your good self to help me out so thai i could get my money back
