Hi,
Hope you guys are well, but i am not, because of your horrible customer support and stock management with entire team.
I talked with your customer care, i think it had benn recorded, please check it. I was waiting and waiting for response from customer care executive and team lead of customar care, as i was not satisfied with their response, so generally i wanted to talk with manager, but it was not happen on that time, but the team lead assure me, he would call back within few hours of my calling and within this time he should talk with his senior or manager to solve my problem.

Talk to customer care: 4 april, 2016
Received sms: order is cancelled: (6 april, 2016)
(I am using e-commerce o buy product from 2007 onwars, and this is the first time i have been received foolish, unmanaged, disqualified team).
So my question is that:
1. What the hell of customer care doing, if they don't have the ability to solve the problem?
2. Team lead assured me, he should discuss with his manager and would be back in few hours by calling me. Then why i have not received any call. So manager is not responsible to solve customer issues.
3. Today only i received the sms that, my money will be return will take 10 days. My q is that, in your policies, i did not find out, any 10 days policy to return my money, where product is cancelled by shopclues itself. (So shopclues are cheating with customer).
4. If the product was not available from the marchent, then why was it confirmed and was in processing? Does your stock management team working well?
5. Why are you utilizing my money in market, where you can't deliver a product even after confirmation?
I want my all queries to be cleared within a day and don't stay idel.
