i inform you that last 04-Nov-2016 i purchase the wrist watch on your site. but toady till now my order is not delivered. three times i will call your customer care center but he/she is only the harassed me. this product is buying my brother birthday gift is 12-Nov. but till today order is not delivered. i m so harassed.

i inform u toady i was complain in police station/ court for your shopclues company & all staff members.
