ShopClues — Ignoring return request

Sir/Madam,
I ordered PNP 9 Watt LED Bulb (Cool Day Light, Pack Of 4), Product Id :[protected], on 11 Dec, 2016 with order ID[protected].
Damaged product was delivered to me. When I requested return, they rejected it and further they are ignoring the return requests. I contacted customer care too, but still no response registered from their side.
Kindly help me.

Order Id:[protected] at 19 Nov 2016. I have ordered double bedsheet with pillow covers and mats. Delivered completely different product. They send the low quality pillow covers only. They r not accepting my return request and also the refund.I have send more mails to customer support. They said to refund the amount. But not yet I received the amount
