ShopClues (Online Retail) — When we buy the product, we receive different damaged product and no return for it

I have brought a new product (Formal gents pant) from shopclues by paying online. They sent me girls pant to my address. When i called for support, they said to wait for 10 days. After 10 days i again called shopclues, they replied no return for ordered product. Support is poor . They dont know how to treat customers. They never sent me the ordered product and when i asked they are saying they never send refund any product, they cheated me. Please dont buy anything from shopclues. Shopclues dont have email support. Dont have toll free. Totally fake
