Shopee Centre — Took advance payment through oaytm and didn't delivered the product and not responding back

I have ordered shoes from (shopeee_centre) in instagram (https://www.instagram.com/shopeee_centre/ ). They asked me for the advance payment through paytm. So I paid them Rs.700 through paytm. After they received the payment, they start ignoring me and now they are not giving me the product and also they are not refunding my money.
And not only me, they have trapped many people all around the India and many of them have already registered there complaint here. And now I am also registering my complaint. Please take strict action against this company and please try if I get my money back in my paytm account.
