[Resolved]  Shopee — Refund is not done but mention as order completed

no refund provided till date. this shopee is not money garentee site. once you spend moneybon shopee this fellows will never refund. as shopee said refund done on 1st of march. they provided some duplicate refund id. i went to bank with the id, bank said so such refund id is found . i send the bank statement also to shopee. no proper response. they simply escaping as money refund on 1st of march, if the money refunded then why it is not in my statement. these peoples are thinking customers are jockers. never trust shopee. such a money laundering site. screwed my 195rs .. i need my refund.
