Shopeling.com — Product not received

I (C p surya) was placed an order at shopeling.com on 16th august-2016 (Order #[protected] xolo q900t screen guard. But there is not any response or update given to me after placing the order. I also contact at the given number[protected] but it is told to me that is not shopeling contact number. So i want to refund my amount or deliver the product to me.
