Shopeyard.com — complaining about non receipt of books ordered through shipyard.com

I have ordered two books and amount paid through debit card. Order was successfully placed and confirmation email received from shopeyard. The books order are namely
1. Philosophy telugu academy - lll year iv paper ethics english medium
2. Philosophy telugu academy - lll year iv paper neeti sasram (Ethics) telugu medium
On 23rd and 25th april
Till now i have not received the books from them.
I am keepon calling them but the customer support number is not working.
Even i mailed the same issue but no reply.

After posting this complaint I received an email from

[protected]@gmail.com
And asked contact number afterwards I received a voice call from
+[protected]
And asked ATM card details, validity, CVV and OTP for transaction request of IR 10000/-.
So be careful
