Shopeyard.com — fraudulent online book store

This site SHOPEYARD ONLINE is fake and fraudulent.I had an order placed on 3rd July and still no update.Sent many emails and called many times but no response.Before placing the order they were reaponding and now that payment is done, they don't care.Strict action has to be taken on this site.Will lodge a Complaint to State consumer redressal mechanism if my order is not delivered within a week.

i ordered four books costs 1263 rupees
but they send three books costs 963 rupees

they must refund 300 rupees
but they are not responding

kindly resolve the issue
