Shopeyard.com — I'm complaining about my order tracking details

Purchased some books from online shopeyard website on june 27 nd got confirmation mail dat order i'll be shipping on 28th june nd delivery on 6th july. Bt till today (July 2nd) i didn't got any mail regarding order dispatch nd tracking details. Contacted customer care on 30june they said dat order dispatch details already sent to my mail nd cut my cal. Again i called them nd nd asked abt my order tracking details they said dat order is not dispatch nd don't know dat information. It will be handled by delivery department.in short they don't know any info nd they don't have any responsibility.
So i sent 2mails regarding my order delivery nd requested them to send me dispatch tracking details nd in time delivery if not.. Then at least cancel my order nd transfer my money back. Bcz as my xams are near i can't wait for more time with out confirmation of dispatch details

Till today know one responded to my mail or calls. They simply wasting student time nd money.

I bought a material for Group-I through online payment for PDF copy. I got the order confirmation through email . But the vendor has not honoured the commitment.

I ordered a book from Shopeyard online and the payment is done.Already 15 days passed and no tracking details shared.I don't have material to cover my exams.Please do not play with students' emotions.Kindly send the book.
