Shopeyard.com — Pending orders!!

I have ordered a set of books on May 7th and a few in May 10th and made payment through MobiKwik wallet. Now when I login to my account, shopeyard is showing that the orders I placed are zero. And their stupid customer care number doesn't work. This is a horrible website I feel. I need my ordered to be delivered right away or my money to be refunded.

I have placed a order #[protected] on 10th november, till today there is no update on order. Customer care no is out of order. unable to contact.
