Shopeyard — Order not received

Sir I am from dehradun I ordered two books from shopeyard and I also received a call from there they told me that the order has been dispatched...it is 5th day of my order and I haven't received it yet ...and sir also I have by mistaken deleted the msg of order nmbr...so kindly help me. And tell the date till I will receive my order..my phn nmbr is [protected]

Thai j Ramana.i am ordering one book for APPSC group 2 model papers.my order no[protected] on Dec/19/2016 ordered.amont already paid.but till now book not delivered.please look in to this sir.my phone -[protected].
