I had ordered and payment also done on 4th Nov for item order number 3556 and received a confirmatory mail and that they would notify when the it will be dispatched. Sent a mail to them on 4th December enquiring about the status of delivery of the item but did not receive any reply.
Kindly dispatch the item at the earliest.
