SIR, I HAVE ORDERED REID & TAYLOR BRAND WHITE FORMAL SHIRT ON 21.11.2014 (ORDER NO. 4642860) WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED BY THEM. HENCE I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND SUBMITTED REFUND REQUEST ON 28.11.2014. i GOT MAIL FROM THEM THAT WILL GET REFUND WITHIN7-10 DAYS. I HAD SENT REMINDER ON 07.12.2014. IN RESPONCE TO MY THIS MAIL RECIEVED E-MAIL FROM SHOP HUNK ON 12.12.2014 ASKING SUBMISION OF MY BANK DETAILS ON [protected]@seajintech.com FOR REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT. I HAD SUBMITTED THE DETAILS ON SAME DAY. SENT REMINDER ON 18.12.2014. THEREAFTER I AM REGULARLY CONTACTING THEM ON [protected] AND GETTING THE REPLY, THAT I WILL SOON GET REFUND CHEQUE. As per telephonic conversation with our respective customer, His problem has been successfully solved from our end. Customer wants refund, So his full amount Rs.1399 has been refunded on 13-01-15 through cheque and cheque no is 215675.Customer will be getting his cheque within 7 business days on his given home address.

and i submit my account details on 22/02/2014(Order Id: 1841758) and debited Rs699.00 from my account, which was not delivered by them. Hence I cancelled my order and submit refund request on 05/03/2014 and till date i didn't cheque or Response from the.

Please help me and refund my money to my account.
