Shopify — Item or refund not received

I has been ordered 5 t-shirts amounting Rs. 597/- from crimson men on 18 Sept 2022 and payment has been done through Google pay to PayU and transaction no. [protected] but neither received any item nor any information my order. Please resolve this issue on asap and if any sufficient reply will not be recived so I will complain in consumer court
