Shopify Site — Earphones not delivered but amount paid

I had placed the attached order #1515 (Screenshot attached) which comprises of earphones and am waiting for the delivery. I had already paid the amount in full but it is not delivered yet. Also, on mailing at this email id - [protected]@gmail.com, there was no response and the link to the site is not accessible anymore.

Please either provide the delivery or refund the amount.
