This complaint is regarding order number - SN6551.
Inspite of numerous mails to [protected]@net.shiprocket.in and uncountable calls to their support number no action has been taken towards refunding the amount for the order.
Either they ask me to drop email to their mailbox and on doing so I do not even get a single reply from them. I think they have blocked my number now as I get a busy tone everytime I call them from my mobile number.
I request you to file a complaint against them to get my amount - Rs999/ refunded back to my account
