Shopittoday — Fund requisition letter

I want complaint against the shopitindia. in, I have received call from Mr Rajiv Ranjan (Relationship Manager) she told me that she is calling from shopittoday and I win a sony plazma tv in top twenty no in IVR. and he told me ki mujhe tv lene ke liye Rs.1300/- jama karna hoga, I transfer the same is co. a/c. that is confirm on mail (attached), that was hapend in last monday 31 aug 2015, and after that payment they told me that you are deposit wrong amount so that you are requested to recharge in my AIRTEL no- [protected]. So that I am recharged that no. After that they cannot giving any information about my product i doing daily follow up with him and his boss also, they not given me any courier dispatch detail till date, and that time they are told me i will receive the same in 1 or 2 days. they are chitting with me, kindly help me how can I got my money back in hand, I have inform to there customer care no. [protected] also. they are also not replying on my mail, contact no of Rajiv Ranjan[protected]
