Shopkeepers In Randesan Road Near Urjanagar 2 — Charging of milk packets more than the mrp

Shopkeepers are charging 1 rs more than the mrp mentioned on amul milk packets. Reason being given is that they store milk in freezers and company does not pay for it. When told that one cannot charge more than mrp then they say either buy at increased price or leave it. Two shopkeepers charge mrp price but others who keep milk also charge more than the mrp rate.
