I had placed an Order on 25th August 2020 for clothing for an amount of Rs.798/- . I received an email from shopmarttine.[protected]@gmail.com that my order no is 1584 and that my order is confirmed and I would receive an email when my order is ready. But there was no email after that, there was no information that the goods were shipped, and the goods are not received till now. There is no response from company to repeated emails with queries about the goods, and the amount of Rs.798/- is not refunded. Then company seems to have vanished into thin air.
