We have ordered from biggest deal product of JBL HARMAN bluetooth 5 but got the damaged product and it was the JBL marked product. It is combo of wireless speaker and ear headphone but ear headphone was missing in it. Order no of product is GT13Dec197, ECOMEXPRESS[protected]. There was no any contact no of customer care on the site.
Kindly return the product ASAP.

I have ordered a wireless headphone and speaker JBL and they have send me earphones and headset that too fake quality.
And I am trying to to contact them no phone number was working no email ID nothing was working for the customer care I am ready to complaint in a consumer court
