Shopnik E Service — item wrongly dispatched

I, Ramen Saha ordered a JBL Flip 3 portable wireless speaker through this site (order number 33101) as the site advertise, on 13 Nov 2018. But, the company delivered a very poor/local company item (name of company is Music wireless speaker) (photograph attached). Thereafter, I try to return the item through this site but, no one option are available to return the item in this site and no contact number of company are available also. Please give me a fruitful direction to return the item. I ever thankfull for a needful action on above mentioned issue as a customer.
