The company shopperskart is a fraud company (Scammers). They are simply making people fool by selling them all cheap chinese item for higher price.
I ordered one portable vaccum cleaner (https://shopperskart.info/collections/trending/products/rechargeable-vacuum-cle...⇄ after seeing the add on instagram from their website https://shopperskart.info/ having order id 87094. Once i received the package, there was an instruction to have unboxing video, in case of any replacement/return requirement. So i opened the product on camera and found that the product was not working.
I also charged the device for 10-15 min thinking that, it may need to be charged first but product was not working even after charge.
I sent an email to them by attaching the unboxing video. Also send multiple reminder but didn't get any response.
After that i searched for same product over other market places and found that it is available for INR 500/- whereas i paid INR 999/- to shopperskart.
We should stop such crap companies ASAP.
Their Warehouse Address is as below (as mentioned on website):
187 Dhotre Path Rd, Model Colony, Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra Pincode: 411016
