Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the defective juicer that I received from your company. I had ordered a juicer from your website and was eagerly waiting for it to arrive, but upon receiving it, I discovered that it was defective .
The juicer that was delivered to me had several defects, including a glass broken
I immediately contacted your customer service department to report the issue and request a replacement.I did not offer any viable solutions to my problem.
As a loyal customer I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the level of service that I have received. I expect better from a reputable company like yours.
I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a replacement juicer to be delivered to me at the earliest possible. I would also like to request that you train your customer service representatives to be more polite and helpful to customers who are facing issues with your products.
