Shopping Betas Online Shopping — wrong delivery delivered some chinese cheap brand earphones instead of bose

I order this product and received wrong product some china brand... Ear plugs i called to that website number which is found has fake and i e-mail them to ask refunds and returns to them... I don't know they will respond or not.. It worth's 3000rs.. I paid through cash on delivery so if anyone knows any solution.. Please reply or help me... Thank you. This site appears to be a fraud.
