I ordered Bose Sound Sport Free Truly wireless Headphones from Shopping club.in with the address on site being 1st Floor N-150,
Noida Sector 12, 201301, Uttar Pradesh. The product was shipped thru Delhivery by Balaji traders with Address S-350 Pratap Nagar, New Delhi, 110092.

Upon opening the product I found that it contains some cheap quality speaker instead of the headphones.

The Customer care number provided on the site is always switched off and there is no response from the site in-spite of frequent mails.

Exactly the same happened to me today, and I am an ### to believe that and ended up paying 2999 for i7 TWS which costs less than 700 INR. The website I tried is HTTPs://shopperkarts.in/ and on the landing page is the advertisement for "Bose-Sound sport..." the address is the same as you have mentioned. What do we do about this.

Thanks for the insight.. gotta be careful.. just wanted to know. if they had not charged you at the time of the ordering.. what prevented you from not paying when you got the wrong item?
