Shopume.com — Payment Deducted but no response

I have purchased MI powebank through shopume.com Payment Deducted immediately and got confirmation that it will be delivered within 3-5 days but no response till date.Daily I called to Customer care and their stores 3-4 times but no body is there on other to respond, only can hear recorded voice.Also tried to track order status on their web site but no shipment found.I have sent mail to their id provide on site asking for delivery status but did not get till date.I never had such bad experience with any other online site.
